This spring, LotusFlare employees across all offices transformed into a hive of creativity during our internal AI Hackathon. This full-day event saw teams build, brainstorm, and bring to life innovative AI-powered solutions. These solutions were designed to boost productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and solve real business challenges from various departments, demonstrating our commitment to embedding intelligence throughout our operations and products.

The AI Hackathon challenged participants to leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency and innovation across various departments. This encompassed improving code quality, simplifying quality assurance, accelerating product development, and reimagining workflows for sales and delivery teams, among other applications. Participants were given full autonomy to explore a range of AI tools, including Google’s Vertex AI, Copilot, Cursor, and Builder.io, fostering a hands-on learning environment.
