The IT Operational Excellence award reflects LotusFlare’s ongoing contribution to Globe’s technology operations, reliability, and efficiency. Over the past year, LotusFlare has continued to expand the operational capabilities of the LotusFlare DNO™ Cloud platform within Globe’s environment, driving improvements in system performance, operational agility, and time-to-market for new digital services.
This recognition builds on the milestones achieved in prior years: the successful migration of 3 million GOMO subscribers from Globe’s legacy BSS to DNO™ Cloud, the launch of GFiber Prepaid, and the continued development of the GlobeOne Superapp — a digital hub used by tens of millions of Globe subscribers across the Philippines.
